From your first idea to Núcleo up and running

    You tell us which tasks you want to bring to Núcleo and which documents you have. We define the uses and, if needed, the equipment.

  2. Fixed quote

    Uses, expected performance and price, all in writing before we start.

  3. Installation and tailoring

    We install Núcleo, connect it to your documents and test it with you.

  4. Training and maintenance

    We train your team, put the GDPR and AI Act points in writing, and look after it every month if you like.

Equipment, if you want it

We buy and install the equipment for you

If you prefer, Novantrek chooses, buys and installs the right machine, with a graphics card (GPU) when the use calls for it, and leaves it up and running. It is quoted separately, with the model and its price in writing before buying. If you prefer to buy it yourself, we tell you exactly what to order.

What is Novantrek Núcleo?
Novantrek’s AI system for companies: developed and configured by us, and installed on a machine in your company so it works with your documents without them ever leaving.
Does my data leave my company?
It stays on the machine installed in your company. Núcleo runs there, even without an internet connection.
What do I need to get started?
Just tell us which tasks you want to bring to Núcleo. We work out which equipment is needed, or reuse a machine you already have if it is suitable.
How much does it cost?
Installation starts at €50 + VAT and is fixed in writing after a free analysis. The equipment, if you want us to buy it, is separate, with its price in writing before buying. There is no per-use fee; monthly maintenance, Núcleo Cuidado, is optional: €29/month + VAT.
Does it help with GDPR and the AI Act?
Yes. With your data kept inside your company you start from a solid base for GDPR. We put in writing what each function does, who reviews what it produces and how to inform your team, according to what the EU AI Act requires in your case.
Who teaches us to use it and looks after it?
We do: we train your team with examples from your day-to-day work and, if you like, continue with monthly maintenance: updates, improvements and review of results.
