    We train the team, put the GDPR and AI Act side in writing, including the patient notice, and maintain it every month if you like.

The clinician reviews and signs off everything Núcleo produces: the clinical decision is always theirs. And patients know their consultation is transcribed by an AI, because they are told.

Questions about Núcleo in a clinic

Does patient data leave the clinic?
It stays on the machine installed in the clinic: audio, transcript and summary. Núcleo runs there, even without an internet connection.
Who signs off the summaries?
The healthcare professional. Núcleo prepares the transcript and the summary; the clinician reviews, corrects and signs them off before they go into the patient record.
Do patients need to be told?
Yes, and we have it ready for you: a clear notice that the consultation is transcribed by AI inside the clinic, together with the GDPR documentation and whatever the EU AI Act requires in your case.
Does it adapt to our specialty?
Núcleo works with your protocols and with the way each specialty writes its summaries. In the analysis we define the summary templates with you.
Do we need to buy a new machine?
It depends on how much you’ll use it. In the analysis we check whether a machine you already have will do; if another one is needed, we can choose, buy and install it for you, with its price in writing before we buy.
How much does it cost?
Installation starts at €50 + VAT, with a fixed quote in writing after a free analysis. The equipment, if you want us to buy it, is quoted separately. There are no per-use fees; maintenance, Núcleo Cuidado, is optional: €29/month + VAT.
