Questions about Núcleo in a law firm

Does client information leave the firm?
It stays on the machine installed in your office. Núcleo runs there, even without an internet connection, and your documents stay in their folders.
How does Núcleo find what I’m looking for?
Repisa indexes your documents by meaning and Léxico ranks the results so the most useful comes first. Every answer shows which document it comes from.
Who signs what Núcleo prepares?
The professional. Núcleo prepares summaries and drafts; reviewing, correcting and signing them is always your team’s job. We put this in writing, as the EU AI Act requires.
Does it work for consultancies too?
Yes: reports, proposals, minutes and project documentation work the same way. Núcleo adapts to the documents you work with.
Do we need to buy a new machine?
It depends on how much you’ll use it. In the analysis we check whether a machine you already have will do; if another one is needed, we can choose, buy and install it for you, with its price in writing before we buy.
How much does it cost?
Installation starts at €50 + VAT, with a fixed quote in writing after a free analysis. The equipment, if you want us to buy it, is quoted separately. There are no per-use fees; maintenance, Núcleo Cuidado, is optional: €29/month + VAT.
