Card, Bizum and bank transfer, with Shopify Payments or your bank's payment gateway (Redsys). It is set up once and tested.
Each sale leaves a fee for the gateway: you will find it itemised in the first-year costs.
Each product with its VAT rate and, if you sell to other EU countries, the buyer's country rate once you pass the EU threshold.
Your accountant decides the rates; Novantrek configures them as instructed.
Rates by weight and zone with Correos, MRW or SEUR, labels ready to print and tracking for your customer.
The Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have their own rates and paperwork: they are set up separately if you sell there.
The website and your physical shop show the same count: if you sell in both, it is the first thing to tie up. If you like, we also take care of buying and installing the counter equipment (barcode scanner, receipt printer), quoted separately.

To Novantrek, €390 + VAT just once. Adding Shopify, the domain and the legal review, the first year comes to between €936 and €1,086 excl. VAT (between €840 and €990 with Shopify paid annually); photos, fees and optional extras on top. From the second year, about €400 a year for the platform and domain, or about €300 paying annually.
