    With Repisa, our document search model, your team asks in their own words about the regulations you keep on file (laws, rulings, circulars) and gets the answer along with the document it comes from.

  • Client files at hand

    Search each client’s file by what it says, not just by file name: what was filed, what was requested and what is still missing.

  • Draft replies

    For the questions your clients keep asking, Núcleo prepares a draft in your tone and from your documents. Someone in the office reviews it and sends it.

Questions about Núcleo in an advisory firm

Does my clients’ data leave the firm?
It stays on the machine installed in your firm. Núcleo runs there, even without an internet connection, and your documents stay in their folders.
Does it fit with our accounting software?
Núcleo leaves each invoice’s data in order so it can be checked and passed to your software. In the analysis we look at which one you use and how it fits best.
Which regulations does it answer from?
The ones you give it: laws, rulings, circulars, templates and internal notes. Every answer shows which document it comes from so your team can check it.
Who reviews what Núcleo does?
Your team. Núcleo prepares readings and drafts; the decision and the sending are always made by a person in the office. We put this in writing, as the EU AI Act requires.
Do we need to buy a new machine?
It depends on how much you’ll use it. In the analysis we check whether a machine you already have will do; if another one is needed, we can choose, buy and install it for you, with its price in writing before we buy.
How much does it cost?
Installation starts at €50 + VAT, with a fixed quote in writing after a free analysis. The equipment, if you want us to buy it, is quoted separately. There are no per-use fees; maintenance, Núcleo Cuidado, is optional: €29/month + VAT.
