    We check that your website is up. If it stops responding, an alert goes off and Novantrek gets on with it.

    We warn you in good time before your domain and your security certificate (the padlock in the browser) expire.

    Every version of your website is saved. If something breaks, the previous one is restored.

    Every month, in your inbox: how many visits your website gets, where they come from and what people look at. Measured without cookies.

Questions about Web Cuidada

What counts as a small change?
Changing a piece of text, a photo, a price or an opening time, or adding a holiday notice: things you ask us for by email that take a short while to sort out. The €25/month + VAT plan includes up to one hour of changes a month. If one month you need more, or you want a new section, we give you the price beforehand, in writing.
Are the domain and hosting extra?
The domain is registered in your name and you pay the registrar, about €12 a year: it is yours. Hosting the website costs €0. With Web Cuidada, Novantrek reminds you before it expires so the renewal happens in time.
What happens if my website stops responding?
The monitoring alert goes off and Novantrek looks for the cause. We tell you what happened and how it is being fixed and, if needed, the last good backup of your website is restored.
What is in the monthly report?
The month's visits, where they come from (Google, social media, other links) and which pages are viewed most, measured without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Plus the state of your website, domain and certificate, and the changes made that month.
My website was built by another company. Can you look after it?
Yes, we adapt to your case. Novantrek reviews your website and proposes in writing how to look after it; visitor measurement is set up to suit it and quoted in that same proposal.
What if what I have is a system or a server?
Its maintenance is matched to its size and goes in its own proposal. And if you need new equipment, Novantrek takes care of buying and installing it for you, quoted separately. You will find it under custom systems. And if you need servers, networks or email set up or looked after, see infrastructure.
