The percentages are calculated on the fixed price that comes out of the analysis, excluding VAT; equipment, if any, is quoted separately. The code stays in your name: we explain this in the FAQ.

Questions before you commission your project
I don't know what I want, only what bothers me. Is that enough?
It is the best starting point. That is exactly what the analysis is for: you tell us what bothers you and Novantrek turns it into a plan with a price. And sometimes the solution is simpler than you expect: part of the problem is solved by tidying up the process before writing any code.
How much could it cost? Give me a range.
The analysis is free, usually takes one or two weeks and ends with a fixed written price for the rest. The document is yours either way. As a guide, excluding VAT: the ready-to-sell shop costs €390, an automation starts at €690 and a custom system at €1,490.
What if I change my mind halfway through the project?
That is normal, which is why the work is done in phases and you see each part as soon as it is ready. Small changes go in without fuss; if a change is big, Novantrek quotes it before touching anything, so you decide knowing what it costs.
Who owns the code? What if tomorrow I want someone else to carry it on?
You do. The repository and servers are created in accounts in your name and, when you pay the final phase, Novantrek assigns you the rights to the code in writing. Everything is built with standard technologies and documented, so any developer can carry it on without asking permission.
Do I have to buy the equipment myself?
As you prefer: you buy it, or we take care of buying, installing and setting it up, quoted separately. Tablets for your team, a server or the computer for local AI (under Custom systems, from €50 + VAT).
How long does it take?
The analysis usually takes one or two weeks. The rest depends on the project; as a guide, a custom shop takes between six and ten weeks (the ready-to-sell shop, three to five) and a simple internal dashboard between four and eight. What speeds things up most is having the data and decisions ready on your side.
And once it is up and running?
The first month of adjustments is included. After that, with Web Cuidada, Novantrek checks that your website is up, keeps backups, warns you before your domain and certificate expire and sends you a visitor report every month: €9/month + VAT, or €25/month + VAT with up to one hour of changes a month.
