Both include a design that matches your invitations, the QR code ready to print, changes to timings, text and photos until the wedding, and the first year online. After that, keeping it online costs €30/year, VAT included. If you would like your own domain (for example, martaanddiego.com), it is registered in your name for about €12/year. The RSVP dashboard is custom-built and quoted separately.

Worth knowing before you start

How much does the wedding website cost?

With home page and RSVPs, €290; complete, from €490. Both prices include VAT and the first year online. Before we start you receive the fixed price in writing.

Many of our guests are older. Will they manage?

The RSVP is a single screen, with large type and no sign-up: it opens from the link or the QR code on the invitation and takes a moment to fill in. And anyone who would rather phone you still counts: you add them to your list yourselves.

Should we put the website on the paper invitation?

It is what works best: the short link and a QR code are printed on it, and anyone with a phone gets in by pointing the camera. If your invitations are already designed, Novantrek adapts to their format so the QR code fits the design.

How do we know who still has to reply?

Every RSVP reaches your inbox with the name of the person replying, so you only need to tick them off your list. With the custom dashboard, the table keeps count for you: how many have replied and who is missing. For the reminder, a message from you with the website link.

What if we change the time or the venue at the last minute?

It is changed on the website and everyone sees the update when they visit; if it is a big change, just resend the link to your guests. Changes to timings, text and photos until the wedding are included.

Is the website public? We don't want just anyone to see it.

It can have a simple password, the same for everyone, printed on the invitation. Google is also asked to keep it out of its search results. The bank details for gifts can go on a separate page, only reachable from inside.

What happens to the website after the wedding?

The first year online is included: it is where the photos from the day end up and where guests download them. After that year, keeping it online costs €30/year, VAT included; if you would rather close it, you receive all the content downloaded to keep.

What about our guests' data?

It is yours: RSVPs reach you by email and are used only to organise your wedding. If you order the custom dashboard, Novantrek tells you in writing where the data is stored and when it is deleted. The website carries its own privacy notice, because asking about allergies means collecting health data.

We're getting married in five weeks. Is there time?

With home page and RSVPs, usually yes: it is normally ready in about two weeks from when you send us the details. Tell us the date and we will suggest what fits in the time available.
