  2. They book and pay

    By bank transfer with their reference or at your counter. They get a link to follow their booking, check in online and download their documents.

  3. You get the alert

    You see it on your phone and mark the payment with one tap. Payment and pick-up reminders go out by email automatically.

  4. Handover and return

    From your phone: condition, photos, on-screen signature and deposit settlement, with mileage and fuel if it is a vehicle.

Questions about rental bookings

Does it work for what I rent?
Vans, cars, motorhomes, bikes, boats, gear or equipment: in the free analysis we look at what you rent and how, and adapt the item pages, prices and terms to your business.
Can I rent by the hour and by the day?
Yes. Each vehicle or item can have a daily and an hourly price. Hourly rentals are booked in slots of 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes, with a minimum number of hours you choose, and never cost more than a full day in that season.
How do I get paid?
By bank transfer: each booking has a unique reference for the payment and a deadline, and you mark it as paid with one tap when you see it in your bank. You can also confirm bookings with payment at your counter, by card or cash, and the app records how it was paid. You can ask for the full amount or a deposit up front and take the security deposit on payment or at handover. If you would like online card payment at booking, we look at it in the analysis and include it in your quote.
What if two customers book the same thing at once?
Only one booking goes through. The check happens in the database when the booking is saved, so the same slot can never be sold twice. The cleaning time you set is kept between one rental and the next.
Can I keep using other platforms?
Yes. Each vehicle has a calendar you can share with other platforms, and bookings that come in from them can be brought in as blocked dates, so everything is in one place.
What happens to my customers' data?
It stays on an account in your business's name. Check-in collects the driver details that Spain's traveller register requires for vehicle rentals and leaves them ready for you to submit. Once the period set by law has passed, the system deletes or anonymises personal data.
