Questions about the booking calendar

Do my customers need to install anything or sign up?
No. They book from their phone or computer browser, on your website, with their name and phone number, and see the confirmation straight away, with no account or password.
What if two people ask for the same time at once?
Only one gets it. The database checks at the moment of saving, so a slot can never be given out twice. The other person sees straight away that the slot has just been taken and picks another.
Can I change my hours or close for a day?
Yes. Write to us and we adjust it. Closures (holidays, bank holidays or a single afternoon) apply to the whole business or just one team member, while everyone else keeps taking bookings.
Does it work for a clinic or practice?
Yes, with the protection health data calls for: the reason for the visit is optional, stored encrypted and covered by its own consent, and the notice you receive just says you have a new appointment, without the reason. See also our websites for clinics.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union, in a database just for your business. We store what is needed to give the appointment, along with the consent and the exact text each person accepted, and past appointments are deleted after the period you decide.
Does it work with my current website?
The calendar sits inside your website. If another company built your site, we review it and send you a written proposal for adding it. And if you don't have one yet, we build it with you: see our business websites.
