Before writing any code, Novantrek studies how your company works: who does what, which data is used and where it gets lost. From that it designs the system: which pieces are needed, what each one stores, where they live and how they connect.
Result: a blueprint the whole team understands, with the scope of each piece and its fixed price.

Software and apps for your team
Management, quotes, job tracking, dashboards with the numbers that matter and private areas for your clients. And apps for your team's phones, installed straight from the browser.
Ideal when the same information is typed in at the office, on site and in accounts, and you need one reliable version.

Novantrek installs the system on a server at your company or in the cloud of a European provider, with backups, an encrypted connection (HTTPS), updates and monitoring that alerts you if something stops responding.
Would you rather not deal with the hardware? We buy it, install it and leave it running, quoted separately.

Whichever you choose, Novantrek sets up the backups, HTTPS, updates and monitoring. Code and data are in your company's name and in standard formats.

What exactly is a custom system?
A set of tools built around how your company works, instead of adapting your company to a standard program. It can be a single application, such as quotes or job tracking, or several pieces that share the same data: a dashboard in the office, an app on your team's phones and an area for your clients.
How much does it cost?
You start with a free analysis, which ends with the system blueprint and a fixed quote in writing. A custom system starts at €1,490 + VAT; a complete one at €2,890 + VAT; and local AI at €50 + VAT plus the equipment. The work is delivered in phases you can test.
Your own server or the cloud?
We decide with you based on your data. Your own server suits sensitive information or local AI: you buy it once and the data stays in the office. The European cloud suits starting without buying equipment or working from several locations, with a monthly fee to the provider.
Can you take care of buying the equipment?
Yes. If you prefer, Novantrek takes care of buying the server or the AI machine, installing it and leaving it up and running. It is quoted separately, with the model and its price in writing before anything is bought. And if you would rather buy it yourself, we tell you exactly which equipment to order.
What is local AI and what do I need?

Who owns the code and the data?
Your company. The code is delivered in a repository in your name, the data lives on a server in your name and everything is in standard formats.
What about maintenance?
When the system is handed over, backups, HTTPS, automatic updates and monitoring are already set up. For day-to-day running there is a monthly fee: Novantrek checks the alerts, applies updates and makes small changes. For websites it is Web Cuidada, from €9/month + VAT; for a system it is set in its proposal.
What if I want to change provider tomorrow?
You can do so whenever you like. The code, data and documentation are in your company's name and use mainstream technologies, so any technical team can carry on the work.
